1- What are the  rates for hiring a dancer?

Most reputable agencies ask you fill a request form, and you will receive an instant email response with usual prices for your area, show details and all you need to know to make a booking. Out of town shows have special rates depending on distance and number of performers.

2- Why should I complete a request form?

By completing  a request form you will be provided with all event details. By thoroughly completing all fields you guarantee the dancers will have all the correct event info to set up a show in a timely manner if you choose to go ahead with a booking.  All info in the form is what's forwarded to the dancer if you choose to proceed and is crucial for agency scheduling

3- If I fill a request form, am I committing to  hire a dancer?

No. For the few reputable agencies you are simply providing the event details so that they may better assist you with a possible future booking and allowing us to better answer any questions you may have. A dancer will only be booked upon receiving a confirmation deposit.

4- How do I know the dancer is booked?

You know the dancer is booked when you have made the confirmation deposit through the website and you have received via email a receipt with confirmation number. Only at that time is your show officially booked and you can expect a dancer at your event. You will be contacted by the dancer an hour or two prior to the show.

5- I paid the deposit, now what?

From that point forward you don't need to do anything else. Just leave it to the agency and you will be contacted by the dancer an hour or two prior to the event to go over any last minute details, verify the address and be notified of any minor changes. If you do not hear from the dancer an hour prior better call the agency.

6- Is the deposit refundable?

No, usually deposits are not refundable.
The reason is because when you book a dancer, the dancer is removed from any other possible bookings that may occur at that time slot. If you cancel or change your event time or date, it will result in a loss of income for the dancer.
Also, the dancer is only notified of a show at the time the deposit is made, by making a deposit the dancer will be certain that the booking will take place and can confidently prepare for the show.

7- How do I know I will get my first choice?

Reputable agencies aim to prioritize your first request. Once you pay the confirmation deposit, the information provided by you in the request form is then forwarded to your first choice. If for whatever reason your first choice is unavailable for the event, your info is then sent to your second choice, and so forth. It is for this reason we ask that you select three choices on your request form.
Most of the dancers have other jobs, family, and personal agendas that at times conflict with show times that are usually occurring on Friday or Saturday night. It is for this reason the earlier the booking, the better to ensure your chances of getting your first choice at the time requested. Raphael Exotic Blog is solely responsible for providing a top professional dancer, not necessarily your first choice. Again, we make all efforts to prioritize your first requests.

8- Are all the dancers the same price?

Yes.
All PRO dancers are top performers and we hold them all to the same standards. All PRO performers  have strong artistic backgrounds in modeling, acting and fitness. We have worked with many dancers over the years and have selected to work with only the best in the industry. We prioritize those dancers who demonstrate professionalism, have continually improving physiques, have interactive performances and a great personalities.
All our recommended dancers are top entertainers.

9- How far in advance should I book a dancer?

We can help you to book a show as far in advance as you like, and we have also booked shows as soon as hours prior to the event. Dancer availability largely depends on the day of the week and time preferred. For this reason the sooner the booking the better to ensure dancer availability at peak days and times. As a reminder, the dancer is only notified of a show upon payment of the confirmation deposit.

10- What are the best days and times to book a dancer?

Most dancers are fully booked on Friday and Saturdays between the hours of 6-10 p.m . Any shows booked outside of these times slots generally do not require as much notice or planning.
To book within a peak day and time listed above, please ensure to provide the agency with plenty of notice, as it will be difficult to accommodate any last minute requests. For any last minute shows, please be flexible with dancer preferences and show start times.

11- Where are the best places to host a show?

Shows are most commonly held in private residences (houses and apartments), or in hotel rooms. Dancers will also perform in party buses and restaurants or lounges. Most people find it best to hire a dancer to do a show prior to heading out a club for the night, or immediately following a return from dinner at a restaurant. Groups generally find the show more interactive and fun when held in a private residence as they are more personalized for that individual group.
Note: For public venues such as restaurants, manager approval is necessary and dancers often are not allowed to do full nude shows. Sometimes there is music restrictions and a private room at the back is necessary. The dancer will require a private room to prepare for the show and sometimes public venues do not provide the proper facilities.

12- Can I have a dancer on a party bus?

Yes agencies sendt dancers on party buses.
Please keep in mind that the dancer will need to be picked up and dropped off at the same location. Twenty minutes of the allotted show time is designated to the dancer to change and prepare for the performance. Due to legal reasons the dancers cannot be driving a car impersonating a police officer, fireman, military personnel or other.  For this reason they may not come pre-dressed to any events.
During the dancing portion of the show, the bus must remain parked and can drive around after the dancer is finished. This is to ensure the dancer is not injured during his performance.
